1. What You Are Purchasing

Briix sells personalised AI roadmap reports delivered as digital PDF documents. When you purchase a package and complete the intake form, you will receive a single PDF file containing a structured, step-by-step roadmap of AI tools and workflows tailored to the information you provided.

• Digital product: Your roadmap is a downloadable PDF. No physical goods are shipped.
• One-time purchase: Each purchase covers one roadmap based on one intake form submission.
• Delivery: Roadmaps are typically delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout.
• Personalisation: The content of your roadmap is based solely on the information you provide in the intake form. The quality and relevance of the output depends on the accuracy and detail of your responses.

2. AI Transparency Disclosure

Your roadmap is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Specifically:

• Your intake form responses are used as input to an AI language model, which generates the structured roadmap content, tool recommendations, and workflow suggestions contained in your PDF.
• The AI-generated output is reviewed by the Briix team before delivery to check for relevance, accuracy, and quality.
• AI models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect, outdated, or inapplicable recommendations. While we take steps to quality-check outputs, we cannot guarantee that every recommendation will be accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances.
• We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Your intake form data is used solely to generate your roadmap and is not shared with AI providers for model training purposes.

This disclosure is made in the spirit of transparency and in anticipation of obligations under the EU AI Act and related regulations.

3. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

Your Briix roadmap is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, technical, or business advice.

Specifically:

• Tool recommendations are suggestions based on publicly available information about AI tools and general best practices. They are not endorsements, and we have no commercial relationship with the tools recommended unless explicitly stated.
• Workflow and process recommendations are tailored to your technical infrastructure as described in your intake form. They have not been validated against your specific legal obligations or business requirements.
• Briix accepts no liability for decisions made based on the content of your roadmap.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are personalised digital goods created specifically for you upon purchase, the following refund policy applies:

• Before delivery: If you have not yet received your roadmap PDF after 5 working days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to request a full refund by contacting us at team@briixai.com.
• After delivery: Once your personalised roadmap PDF has been delivered to your email address, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because the product has been created specifically for you and cannot be returned or resold.
• Exceptions: If your roadmap was not delivered within the stated timeframe, or if the delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible, please contact us and we will either re-deliver or issue a full refund at our discretion.
• Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with your roadmap, please contact us before raising a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or EU consumer protection directives.

5. Intellectual Property

Your roadmap PDF is licensed to you for personal and internal business use only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the roadmap to third parties.
• Publish the roadmap publicly or share it in a way that substitutes for others purchasing their own.
• Claim the roadmap as your own original work.

All other content on the Briix website — including text, design, and branding — remains the intellectual property of Briix and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, your roadmap or any content on this website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email where possible.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
